• MS Server-only POC remains paused — budget rejected last sprint. Needs re-evaluation of resourcing path or finance re-discussion.
• Silent-ring 5/11 iOS data is the gating variable for FCM-only vs cross-platform conclusion — slowing RCA convergence timeline next week.
• Reflection: tracking cross-version / cross-country anomalies like silent-ring 5/11 on the Briefings site (instead of scattered Slack/email updates) gives much better traceability — going forward, all incidents flow through this channel.
